The Sensitive Oat Granola for the sensitive eater and everybody else! Why "The Sensitive Oat"? We love granola so much but we also love baking with oats. Who are we?

After countless occasions of baking in the kitchen, Sasha’s dad made a rule that we were only allowed to bake such yummy smelling granola if we made it gluten-free. We decided this was a fair compromise. This inspired us to make all kinds of roasted and toasted oat-y goodness while accommodating his gluten allergy, Sasha’s Vegan diet and Danielle’s natural whole foods mantra. We’re two great frien

ds who simply love granola. We decided it was time to share our passion for the oat with everyone, including individuals with food sensitivities and restrictions such as Celiac disease, Diabetes, as well as, Raw and Vegan Eaters. Rather then spending our time talking about how mouth-watering our last granola concoction was, we decided to get together and experiment with recipes that included things like gluten-free oats, coconut palm sugar and coconut palm oil instead of butter. The result: over a dozen nutrient-dense, plant-based, sweet and savory recipes with no chemicals, dyes or preservatives. So now anyone can enjoy a bowl of granola for breakfast, dessert, or in soups and salads without experiencing nutritional stress. We also share the same eagerness to support the local exchange of hand crafted products and services within the community. This is why you’ll find us at farmer’s markets, fundraising events, race weekends, festivals and fairs. Come find us at the Carp Farmer's market this summer! Happy Granola-Eating :)
