Nobody tells you it takes this long to actually know what you are doing.

Almost ten years in and I am still learning. Still adjusting. Still studying skin like it is the first time.

Because it is never the same twice.

Every client is a different canvas. A different skin type, a different texture, a different set of undertones working against or with you. Mature, thin skin needs a completely different needle configuration than something oily and thick. Cool undertones need a different formula than warm ones. What goes into the skin is never exactly what you see on the surface, and knowing that difference takes years, not courses.

It is colour theory at a level most people do not realize exists. Building a formula from scratch. Neutralizing before you correct. Understanding why the same pigment heals differently depending on depth, skin tone, and how the body responds.

It is shape as architecture. Proportion trained across thousands of faces. Knowing that what is perfect on one person is completely wrong on another, and being able to see that before the needle ever touches skin.

That is what almost a decade looks like.

Why we built CLINIC by IVONNE — and where we're taking it.

A few years ago we looked at what it would take to give you private, secure messaging — the kind that never touches your personal email. Products like this exist in regulated healthcare. For boutique aesthetic clinics, the options weren't built with us in mind.

You share your personal health information with us. You deserve that protection.

So we built it ourselves.

We also wanted full visibility into our own data — who on our team is accessing your information, and who from the outside is trying to. Vendors don't share that level of disclosure with their clinics. Ever. The only way to have it is to own the platform ourselves.

Most scheduling platforms give clients one thing — a booking link dressed up as a portal. No history, no purchase history, no care guides, no real relationship. We needed something that could hold the full picture.
