Ramadan prep!!! Sorry I forgot to take proper pictures. But what you are seeing is homemade "deli" meat. I mixed up ground turkey with egg, oil, blended onion, salt, and mild spices. Then rolled into logs wrapped in parchment paper and then baked at 315. Sliced thinly when cool. Wrap a few servings in waxed paper and then freeze. Take out the night before and eat however you like at suhoor time 😋
