Reclaim your rest anyway.

Not as a reward for getting through it all, but as a way to care for yourself in the midst of it.

As we round out 2025, strong leaders are showing that mental health support in the workplace isn’t a “nice-to-have”, it’s core to sustainable success.

A recent survey by Benefits Canada found that 93% of global employers are maintaining or expanding well-being programs into the new year, and 47% of employees ranked mental health as their top well-being priority.

If this year has taught us anything, it’s that intentional investment in your people isn’t just the right thing to do, it’s essential for engagement, productivity, and retention.

As we wrap up 2025, we want to celebrate the milestones our community have reached.

We celebrate each step forward, each new skill learned, and each conversations started. This year showed us what’s possible when we come together. Here’s to carrying that momentum into the year ahead.

Wishing you the best for the upcoming holiday season!

The end of the year can hold celebration and reunion, alongside long hours and full calendars. It can invite reflection, and, for many, moments of grief, remembrance, or quiet stress.

A reminder that this time of year looks and feels different for everyone. Let us make space for compassion, gentleness, and kindness this year end for ourselves and others.

Understanding the duty to accommodate mental health isn’t only a legal obligation, it’s about making workplaces feel like they belong to everyone.

Mental health challenges aren’t always visible, but that doesn’t make them any less deserving of accomodation. Supporting each other with empathy, patience, and respect is what makes accommodation meaningful.

When we take the time to listen, to check in, and to adjust how we work together, we create a space where everyone can thrive.

Let's all understand what the duty to accommodate means. Read the blog to learn more: https://ow.ly/xUBg50XIF9S
