Skepticism is on of the basic tenets of the scientifc method. But in order for science to advance, the skepticism has to be done in good faith, it can't simply be to deny everything that doesn't agree with your own position. Always ask questions about the information that you see or hear, but be open to changing your position if the data warrants it.

When applied to physical development, this would suggest that most of your development comes from but a small part of your overall work. I would venture that it is the hardest 20% of your work. Do the hard things. This is where you will find the magic.

If your glutes aren't firing properly, the knees unnecessarily loaded during lower extremity movement. That imbalance can lead to poor tracking of the kneecap, strain on the ligaments around the knee, and overuse injuries like patellofemoral pain syndrome or IT band syndrome. Strengthening the glutes rebalances the hips and protects the knees from excessive loading and unnecessary wear and tear. FOLLOW for a strong foundation!
