💫 I started my journey with France a couple months ago, after a hard and difficult separation. She has helped me find my true beauty and my self-worth. With breathwork, meditation and grounding positions, I have found that taking care of myself first and surrendering to whatever crosses my path is ok and it should be lived in the present moment. I continue practicing her techniques through my daily routines to concur anything that comes along. I want to thank France for her warm heart and her kindness. The woman tribal circle has showed me that I am not alone and I am supported by other women. The techniques I’ve learnt on my "ONE on ONE" practice with France helped me with dealing with my emotions and living in the present moment.
