Hi all!

My name is Stephanie. This business is a longtime dream of mine combining my skills and education to help women become their strongest and most authentic selves through nutrition, fitness and energy work.

Selene means 'Moon' which women are deeply connected to. Following the cycles of the moon is a wonderful way to reconnect and feel abundant.

Jade represents harmony, balance and healing while also being the color of the heart Chakra. Finding the heart centre allows you to truly connect with the highest version of yourself which can guide you towards your true desires.

My goal is to connect with women who need guidance and to use my tools to help you become stronger physically, mentally and spiritually.

I have a background in circus as a circus coach for over 12 years with a coaching diploma from the National Circus School in Montreal. I am currently completing my Personal Training Certification through NSCA and I have been a chef/nutritional consultant for the past 5 years. I have been an energy worker for the past 4 years.
