Conflict can come up in relationships, but it’s how we fight that really matters.

Studies have proven that healthy diet choices lead to a healthy mindset

Shopping for vegetables from local farms gets you out of the house and often into a small town or at least a lovely drive out of the city.

A change of scenery and fresh air is often a welcome distraction during these snowy, lovely colder months. supporting local farmers and getting to know them and learn about their growing seasons and getting recipes , can be a whole event unto itself.
