Meet Rayjean!

Rayjean Palluq (Indigenous WellBeing Worker)

Hey there! I’m from Ottawa, but I have roots in Igloolik. I’m passionate about supporting my community and have been working in community support and case management for several years. This has really honed my skills in advocacy and resource coordination. Outside of work, I’m a big animal lover, I share my life with two Siberian huskies—Zara 3 years old and Bodhi 4 years old. They’re my loyal companions and always keep things interesting.

Meet Jennifer Cada!

Jennifer Cada (Wellbeing Coordinator)

My Odawa roots are from Sheshegwaning First Nation, Manitoulin Island. I was born in Sudbury, Ontario and have been an Ottawa resident for nearly 20 years. I’m a certified teacher with a passion for supporting vulnerable populations. I value equality, justice, and community. Working with the OAC team has inspired me to now help urban Indigenous community members gain better access to community-based supports and services to improve their overall well-being.
