• Lower in fiber

👉 That: Whole Grain Bread (3–5 ingredients)
• Made with whole grains
• Higher in fiber
• Keeps you fuller longer
• Fewer ingredients, more nourishment

In North America, many packaged breads come with long ingredient lists. The simpler the label, the better. If you can pronounce it and recognize it, that’s usually a good sign.

This month, Tone Up turns 3, and it honestly feels so surreal.
Three years of showing up, building community, choosing wellness, and growing stronger together, one class, one habit, one moment at a time.

February is a reminder to love on yourself a little harder, move your body with intention, and celebrate how far you’ve come.

It’s about resetting habits, recharging your energy, and easing back into consistency.
