What a great way to send off our two USask PT students after 5 weeks with us - a famous Lady Di's Turtle Cheesecake! I have heard how great this cheesecake is and now have experienced it - absolutely delicious.

Away we go again into winter. SimPT is opened as expected.
Local travel report (from my house to Outlook)

North/South grid snow covered with drifts could maybe get an SUV through.
East/West grids South impassable without a truck.
Highway 45 south / highway 15 partially snow covered -plowed with winter driving conditions
In town: the crews have been busy on the main thoroughfares, but not too many sidestreets
