LONG POST ALERT!
Hello my friends! I hope you all have had a great summer. This year has been very challenging for me emotionally, mentally and spiritually so I appreciate being able to take the summer to work on my own well-being. Today was exactly what I needed to be inspired again and I am so thankful I had these lovely ladies there to support me as I processed and released some very heavy s**t!
I am thrilled to share that I have completed my master's degree in the Usui System of Natural Healing, a journey that has transformed my life.
Reiki has opened my eyes to the subtle yet powerful energies that flow within and around us. It has taught me to connect with these energies in a way that promotes healing, balance, and well-being. Through Reiki, I have learned to listen to my inner self, to trust the wisdom that resides within, and to extend that healing energy to others.
The journey has been one of immense growth—both spiritually and emotionally. Reiki has provided me with tools to navigate life's challenges with grace, to heal old wounds, and to cultivate a deeper sense of peace and purpose. Each session, whether giving or receiving Reiki, has been a reminder of the incredible power of compassion, intention, and connection.
As I move forward with this knowledge, I am excited to continue sharing the gift of Reiki with others, helping them to discover their own capacity for healing and transformation. I am deeply grateful to all who have supported me on this path, and I look forward to the many ways this journey will continue to unfold.
