6 months post partum 🤰🏼 and ready to get my waist snatched since we are probably done making babies 👶🏼 (although I keep begging for a 4th and hoping for an oops 🙊 😬)
I have about 15 lbs to lose to reach my pre pregnancy (circa 2021) weight and snacking at night has been holding me back from achieving that goal
After seeing my naturopath I realized the best way to feel full and snack less is to up my protein intake significantly. A protein shake is a great way to reach those protein goals without depleting the worlds 🐔 population 🫠
RECIPE: Chocolate protein Shake with 57g of protein
• 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your milk of choice)
• 2-3 ice cubes
• 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (30g protein)
• 125g whipped pressed cottage cheese (27g protein)
• blend and pour over ice in a tall glass
