Great morning at the Y! Felt good getting strength back into my routine. As much as I love being outdoors, hiking, yoga, cycling…. Strength should always be a priority!
Oh and I’m trying to change one bad habit. I’ve been working outside all afternoon, hot, dirty, hungry….
I’d normally grab cheese and crackers. Go nuts!
But…… a huge glass of water , I’m likely dehydrated. And the fastest, higher protein, less empty calorie snack? Rice cake / cottage cheese/ everything bagel seasoning. I’d love some cucumber with this, but I’m all out.
