A Message to Our Community:

Many children, youth, and families are feeling heightened anxiety, fear, and uncertainty right now as they are exposed to difficult and distressing events happening beyond our borders. Even when these events are not happening close to home, the constant flow of news, social media, and conversations can feel overwhelming - especially for young minds.

At Keystone Child, Youth & Family Services, we want families to know this:
you are not alone, and support is available.

It is completely normal for children and youth to experience changes in mood, sleep, behaviour, or emotions during times of collective stress and trauma. Parents and caregivers may also be carrying their own worry while trying to support the children and youth in their care.

Our teams are open, present, and ready to support - whether that means helping a young person manage anxiety, supporting caregivers with tools to navigate difficult conversations, or responding when support is needed right now.

If you need to reach someone immediately please call our program:
➡️ Call One Stop Talk at: 1-855-416-8255
➡️ Visit www.onestoptalk.ca
Free, immediate mental health support for children, youth, young adults, and caregivers available every day.

To access ongoing services at Keystone:
➡️ Call our Intake team at: 519-371-4773
If your child or family is struggling, or if something doesn’t feel quite right, please reach out. Early support matters, and no concern is ever too small.

💙 We are here.
💙 We are listening.
💙 And we are ready to help at any moment.
