After taking the time to feel into these treatments and refine the details, they’re finally ready. ALSO….For the months of May and June, I’ll be including a grounding foot massage with each Intuitive Flow session. It’s a little extra time to settle, reconnect, and arrive in your body.

During this treatment you’ll experience a blend of arm, hand, shoulder, neck, face and scalp massage, with warm jade stones woven throughout, and a gentle facial ritual using beautiful botanical products.

Each session has been thoughtfully created to give you a space to feel held, grounded, and cared for, while supporting your body and nervous system in a deeper way.

A little while back I posted that I was working on a new offering but then promptly took that announcement down. I realized that I wasn’t ready to announce things yet because the treatment didn’t quite feel fully aligned with me. So after doing some realignment of both myself and my treatment here we go. This treatment will be ready for booking starting in May! I will be offering a 90 minute full immersion and a 60 minute focused flow (does not include back massage) Please let me know what you think!

Introducing the JadeStone Intuitive Flow ✨

A deeply restorative experience designed to calm the nervous system, release stored tension, and bring the body back into a state of ease.

Warm stones are woven throughout a flowing upper body massage, moving through the back, neck, shoulders, arms, and hands to melt tension and invite the body into deep relaxation. A slow, somatic scalp massage further quiets the mind and encourages a gentle unwinding.

The treatment is brought to a close with a nurturing facial massage and botanical skin ritual. Using wildcrafted and biodynamic ingredients from .frequency , the skin is treated to a gentle cleanse, warm towels, and nourishing plant-based applications. Techniques such as facial cupping and gua sha are incorporated to support circulation, release facial tension, and restore a natural, radiant glow.

This rejuvenating body treatment is designed to awaken the skin and restore a natural, healthy glow. Beginning with dry brushing to gently stimulate circulation and encourage lymphatic flow, the body is prepared to fully receive the benefits of this revitalizing treatment.

Nutrient rich products infused with vitamins and antioxidants are massaged into the body using slow, intentional movements, deeply hydrating, softening, and restoring dull, tired skin. This treatment will leave your body feeling smooth, refreshed, and luminous.

To deepen the experience, a soothing petite facial and calming scalp massage are woven in. This helps to release tension, quiet the mind, and bring the body into a state of balance.

There’s something I’ve come to notice over the years while working with people. Many are doing the inner work to care for their mental and emotional health. Talking things through, processing emotion, trying to slow down and I feel that work matters deeply. But what we don’t always talk about is how much stress, grief, responsibility, and overwhelm can quietly live in the body.

I often see it the moment someone lies down on the table. Their shoulders are held tightly without even realizing it. Their breath hasn’t fully dropped deep into the body. Their nervous system has been activated for far too long. Even when the mind understands what’s happening, the body can still be holding on.

This is where the power of touch becomes so important. Sometimes safe, compassionate human touch can communicate something that words cannot. It can signal to the nervous system that it’s okay to soften, to release, and to finally let go of tension that has been stored over time.

This is the intention behind my hot JadeStone treatments. With the warmth of the stones, slow intentional techniques, and a deeply attentive approach, I create a space where the body can begin to unwind layer by layer. This eases chronic tension while gently calming the nervous system.

Before this work, I spent many years in nursing. That experience shaped the way I care for people today. I practice with patience, compassion, empathy, and a deep respect for what the body carries. Every treatment is guided not just by technique, but by listening to what your body needs in that moment.
