Let’s talk fibre! It’s super important and you’re likely not getting enough!! in this post I talk about flax and Chia, simply because they are a powerhouse for fibre packed in a tiny seed!
There are so many ways that you can add these into the diet. In the video I talked mostly how they can be blended into things and ground fresh from whole seeds however, they don’t necessarily have to be ground and will absorb liquid around them if left whole!
