🖤🤍 Our next Restorative Yin Yoga practice is now bookable for Friday January 30th ✨

Our focus will not be on new goals or resolutions, rather allowing our body and nervous system the space it needs to exist in the season it currently lives in.

This practice will remind us we are still in the season of hibernation and rest. After the Fall season of harvesting and preserving, we are now in the midst of calm, restoration, staying warm, enjoying stillness, while waiting for the light and warmth to return.

If your nervous system is craving this reminder to rest and restore, consider joining us in practice on Friday January 30th 🖤🤍

🗓️ We have a new Winter schedule and there are a few changes to note! ✍️

Certified Prenatal will move to 5:30pm Thursdays (formerly 7:00pm) beginning January 16

We have paused Yoga Flow on Thursdays at 5:30 due to low attendance

Monday 6:00pm Yoga Flow is now labelled as an ADVANCED practice. If you are wanting to push your practice and test your limits, this class is for you!

Our next Restorative YIN practice is now bookable for Friday January 30th with Yogi Jen

Welcome to the studio, Kelsey! She’s no stranger around here, having attended both Yoga Flow and Mom & Babe practices - and now you’ll see her contagious smile up front on the instructor’s mat!

Kels has offered to substitute classes when Yogi Jen takes a pause, as well as to bring in specialty pop-up offerings when her schedule allows.

Her first practice is a well-curated 75 minute flow now bookable for Saturday December 27th - a perfect time to recharge your body and mind after the rush of Christmas!

Kelsey is a certified 200H instructor and we are thrilled to have her become a part of the Happy Fam 🤗

As long as you are comfortable and your body can move with ease.

You don’t have to wear Lulu🍋’s to every practice, unless you want to - then go for it!

Prefer no socks for better grip? Leave them at the door. Prefer socks to keep your tootsies warm? Wear them!

Is your beverage of choice not always water? No one knows what’s in your Stanley, honey 👀

As long as you get out of your practice what you came looking for, these other minor details shouldn’t be what make or break your class.
