Health and Fitness with Gina For the last 16 years, Gina has been a Personal Trainer in the industry. Gina is always updating her credentials and is insured to teach online and in-person.

She is also an Educator for the canfitpro Academy for Personal Trainers and has taught in that role since 2019. Gina is extremely passionate about women's wellness and continues to provide those services in her online Fit in 30 class.

Fitness helps your metabolism, posture, mobility, bone density, hormone health, sleep patterns and even self esteem.

Try to not let your hormones distract you (hard not to).

What we do today will benefit us tomorrow.

It'll be on Zoom and you can choose to put your camera on or off.

The best part of perimenopause is that we become less tolerant to overdoing things in our lives, but fitness should never be put on the back burner.

Your medical practitioner also pushing you to do this lol

Another incredible time teaching the Personal Trainer Specialist course for

I have to mention the vibe this group had, as it was so unique and uplifting. Everyone was sooo supportive with each other. I cant tell you how many times we clapped for each other. Everyone was paired perfectly too. There were so many wonderful connections and moments here this weekend. I will definitely remember this group and the experience of teaching and learning with them.
