Health and Fitness with Gina Gina hosts live and online Fit in 30 classes for women looking to live their best selves, while managing their schedules.

For the last 16 years, Gina has been a Personal Trainer in the industry. She is also an Educator for the canfitpro Academy for Personal Trainers and has taught in that role since 2019. Gina is extremely passionate about women's wellness and continues to provide those services in her online Fit in 30 class. Gina is always updating her credentials and is insured to teach online and in-person.

Another incredible time teaching the Personal Trainer Specialist course for

I have to mention the vibe this group had, as it was so unique and uplifting. Everyone was sooo supportive with each other. I cant tell you how many times we clapped for each other. Everyone was paired perfectly too. There were so many wonderful connections and moments here this weekend. I will definitely remember this group and the experience of teaching and learning with them.

Another Personal Trainer Specialist course that was so fun to host!

Canfitpro partnered with and we used that platform to learn the benefits of such a useful tool for programming and more!

3 quick stretches that will improve your posture, reduce your pain points and help recruit the muscles you're trying to train in your workout.

Try them!

Hold each stretch for 20 seconds and breathe.

It won't take you more than 3 minutes.

I didn't get to my lifestyle overnight.

I took small steps, or what's called as setting open goals.
I set "See how well I can do" goals with everything I want to accomplish.

Last year I wanted to get back to waking up at a certain time to accomplish a few more things. I first started with waking up at the time I had set my intentions on. Then I set the next goal when this one felt easier and natural.

My "reward" is my accomplishment.
My "me time"

I also removed something to complain about because I found a way to make my intention happen.

Set your goals one small step at a time.

Don't overwhelm yourself with perfection overnight.
Not worth it, nor will it have lasting effects.
