The Owen Sound Family Health Team as well as both physician groups (Owen Sound Medical Associates & Georgian Bay Practice Associates) will be closed on Monday Aug 4th.

The Owen Sound Family Health Team will also be closed on Friday Aug 1st.

Please take note of the lane closures while coming to your appointment.

🚧Road Closure at the intersection of 14th Street West and 2nd Avenue West. Grey County is working with Walker Construction to complete the installation of new traffic signals.

➡️July 30 – full day closure (7 am to 7 pm) on 14th Street W from 1st Ave to 2nd Ave
➡️July 31 – full day closure (7 am to 7 pm) on 14th Street W from 2nd Ave to 4th Ave

Transit routes will also be impacted by the closure. Transit users are encouraged to consult the transit app for the most up-to-date information https://ow.ly/lbJ350Wx28T

🚌July 30: The closure will impact the Brooke route. The Medical building and the Kwik Mart bus stop, both located in the 100 block of 14th Street West, will be out of service.

🚌July 31: The closure will impact the Core route, including two bus stops, one in the 200 block of 14th Street West and one in the 300 block of 14th Street West.

The Owen Sound Family Health Team, the Georgian Bay Practice Associates, and the Owen Sound Medical Associates will be closed Tuesday July 1 to celebrate Canada Day.

Please note the Family Health Team will also be closed on Monday June 30th. The physician offices will be open that day.

Please note the Owen Sound Family Health Team will be closed tomorrow ( June 24, 2025) for strategic planning.

Both Doctors' groups, GEORGIAN BAY PRACTICE ASSOCIATES and The OWEN SOUND MEDICAL ASSOCIATES will be OPEN during regular office hours. The After Hours Clinic will run as scheduled starting at 5:00 PM.

The GEORGIAN BAY PRACTICE ASSOCIATES will be OPEN during this time. The After Hours Clinic will run as scheduled starting at 5:00 PM.
