As most of you know, not only am I an RMT and in school, I also teach dance!

My whole life I’ve been surrounded by dance. Whether dancing or teaching I can’t seem to get away from it.

It is what inspired me to become a massage therapist and soon to be osteopath.

I’m so thankful for these wonderful girls allowing me to express my creativity through dances… and for letting me practice my osteopathy techniques on them.

I’ve decided to make the transition to my own business!
As of June 1st all booking, contact and billing will be done through me.

The best part is, you’ll still find me at HealthWorks, in my same room!

The difference for clients:
• online booking will be switched over to Jane. I find this more user friendly than clinic sense (what I’m currently using)
• phone calls and emails will be directed to me
• Easier to get in contact with me if you have any questions

Overall not much will seem different!

I’m very excited for this change, and thankful for all my clients and your continued support!

A few differences of the treatments I offer!

Both are excellent treatments and it can depend on your reason for coming in! A regular massage treatment will use general Swedish massage techniques which is what most would typically picture for a treatment.

An integrative treatment will use a longer assessment to determine areas of top priority for the treatment and tie it in to the whole body allowing integration and potentially be more long lasting!

My schedule is booking up quick and I’m very grateful!
However, this is making it increasingly hard to squeeze in those clients that need a late afternoon/evening appointment.

I have decided to remove online booking for 5pm appointments, and will eventually be removing 4pm as well.
This is to allow top priority to my existing clients, hopefully cutting down the wait time.

That being said I am currently booking into June for those times!

This is your reminder to please book your appointments in advance! 3pm and later are very busy times and going quick.

All other online booking is still available! If you are needing a later appointment please message me and we can add you to a wait list, or feel free to call the clinic at any time to book those evenings.

When you are in for your appointment please consider booking your follow up while you are there so we can help you get the times you need.
