Picture this: You're standing in the grocery aisle, staring at two protein bars.

One says "healthy" in big letters. The other looks plain. Both claim to support your goals.

You flip them over. And suddenly you're decoding a chemistry experiment !!! maltodextrin, natural flavors, soy protein isolate...

Here's what I wish someone had told me years ago:

The front of the package is marketing. The back is the truth.

Because honestly… I was overwhelmed.

What to eat. When to eat. How to eat.

It felt like there was always something new I was supposed to be doing—and buying.
