You laugh! But it’s true :-)
Our society expects instant instantaneous results, and yet we all know deep down that it takes time, determination, and consistency!
The same goes for eating french fries and then expecting that you have wrecked your diet and now you need to start all over!
One day of poor food, choices, or good food choices are not going to impact your overall journey exponentially! With that being said, obviously better food, choices, and lifestyle choices compounded will create a beautiful effect!

I can’t tell you how many times I have reminded myself of the insanity! Whether it comes to my thoughts, my actions, or my mindset! There have been several times where I remind myself “for things to change things need to change“.
What if we took that quote and changed it to the
definition of sanity is doing different things until we find the right thing and build that consistency! There’s some food for thought :-)
