Creativity is one of the most useful actions we can take to relieve stress and anxiety, as well as help us to move forward in the most challenging times of our lives.
I personally resonate with the feminine archetype - the mother -
I am going to call my Creativity Hypnosis Sessions "The Mother Within"
I am offering hypnosis sessions specifically for helping your creativity to flow from within. This technique has optimal health benefits, as well it teaches you the tools to let go in a safe and healthy way. Best of All, You create the master piece you've always wanted to create.
My first focused session will be on Song Writing!
Each session will be approximately 45 minutes. You will need a quiet space, pen and paper and/or device to jot your ideas down.
The sessions will be done over a zoom call, 9-10pm, from the comfort of your home.
First session will take place Thursday Feb. 22nd at 9pm!
