Return to sport, or return to activity must happen as a step by step process, and we usually find that setbacks happen when we try to skip these steps
It’s a simple concept: pain ➡️ range ➡️ strength ➡️ speed ➡️ power. If you build up each step, you return to sport (or whatever it is you love to do!) safer, sooner, and at a higher level of competition than you would otherwise.
But what happens if “rehab” stops when the pain is gone? We designed our rehab continuum to push you closer to the demands of sport as you make your transition back to the things you ❤️ , without ending up back in our office for the same injury.
