Prenatal Strength is launching 🚀 and suitable for any time point during pregnancy and all levels of fitness 🫄🏻
MOST of our classes are drop in - which to us means you can register in advance (so we know who is coming and because class size is capped)
Our classes are open to the public (you don’t have to be a CONNECT client to attend!)
You can try any of our drop-in classes with a drop-in pass or save $$$ with a 10 or 20 class pack.
