Managing appointments, fielding calls, emails and website inquiries for new bookings, making sure our clinicians stay on time, and making sure the clinic is set up to create exceptional experiences for exceptional outcomes, these two do it all!

CONNECT is CLOSED Today

Ice storms can’t keep us away, but an ongoing investigation by OSPS has closed 16th Ave E and 10th St E, and we are unable to access the clinic today.

In order to allow our dedicated officers to complete their investigation into a serious traffic incident, we’re closing the clinic.

We will be in contact with all those who have scheduled appointments today to reschedule, but please DO NOT come for your appointment, even if you haven’t heard from us yet.

A rare opportunity to join the Barbells4Bones Introductory Series has opened up!

Our next Introductory Series starts on February 23rd, running Monday’s at 12pm for 6 weeks.

This series is designed to prepare you to join our regular Barbells4Bones classes, getting you up to speed on movements and building intensity over the course of six weeks.

Barbells4Bones is a weekly, physiotherapist and kinesiologist-run fitness series for women who are ready to take control of their health. Women who have had a fracture or a fall, have been told that resistance training will help improve their overall health but have no idea how to go about it. Women who aren’t ready to blame aches and pains on their birthday, who want to stand up to “slowing down” as we age, and who want to have fun doing it.

2025 was the busiest year at CONNECT yet! We served almost 2,000 people, we ran over 1,000 classes, and we had some fun along the way.

Our Story

CONNECT Rehabilitation | Yoga | Fitness was borne from the dreams of two physiotherapists who wanted better for their patients.

Stephanie Sollazzo and Clare Donaldson treated very different patients, with very different approaches, but in conversation they quickly realized that their underlying philosophy was the same: movement is medicine, exercise is king, and every single patient should be empowered to take control of their own health, no matter what age, fitness level, or diagnosis they might have.

Enter: CONNECT, a modern approach to an old problem. Our mission is to help every patient go from a state of pain or injury, beyond the point where that pain is gone to actually achieve a state of health - rather than just non-injury.

We aim to create a community of health that lives on a continuum: from 1:1 rehabilitation to regular group fitness and yoga classes, and everything in-between. Even if you’re not injured, join us for a class, join us for a workshop, let us help CONNECT you and your health.
