Reminder to please be careful and park/drive out front of the office! Here’s what I’ve been told after numerous phone calls to a bunch of differet Bell departments and live chats and also talking to other companies (who even showed up to check out the issue). The line hanging is property of Bell so they are the only ones who can fix/remove it. I’m not a bell customer so one person told me they can’t assist at all. Another company told me this is considered hazardous and therefore urgent and Bell is responsible for same day repairs. A bell rep said thats correct but not until Dec 15th; when I questioned this date and then asked if there was a supervisor or a more local representivive I could talk to the call mysteriously dropped. I have tried my best since noticing the issue but at this point there is nothing else I can think of to do other than encourage clients to be careful of their surroundings at all times!
