I want to take a minute and talk about women’s hormones. Our body’s are always changing and it can feel like we woke up in someone else’s body sometimes.
I will be holding group sessions starting in April. There will be 12 weekly sessions with the group and 3 private sessions to focus more on your individual goals. Cost is $250 for the 15 sessions. Send me a private message to secure your spot or if you have any further questions. Sessions can be either online or in person.
