Your spouse, your siblings, your coworkers, your boss, your parents - EVERY relationship 🙏.

One thing that helped me is seeing people always as the child version of themselves. It softens my heart and reminds me that everyone is carrying stories that shaped how they communicate, cope, and navigate this life.

Our most authentic self often lives in childhood - before the trauma, the expectations, the society roles, and the pressure to be anything other than who we naturally were. Over time, all that noise pulls us away from our core. Healing is the process of peeling it all back.

“Remember” the child in you;
The love, the curiosity, the freedom, the play, the faith in wonder and creation. It’s all still there.

Show up for that version of yourself. Let them guide you home.

Be gentle with the people around you - we truly are all just walking each other home. ✨🤍

Hey y’all! I am still here. 🤍

The last 7 months I’ve been navigating an energy I’ve never dealt with so deeply. Grief.

It’s shifted my entire reality.
I approach everything differently.
I view things completely differently.
I am a completely different person.

But I am still choosing to show up for each of you through my posts and sharing my story, my life, on this platform. Humans need humans. We are not alone - we have another.

Most importantly we have our faith. I don’t know how I could’ve navigated these last few months without my devotion to my faith. Faith has and always will be #1 in my life. This is the powerful energy that has gotten me to who I am today. Dealing with the heaviness of grief has opened me up to even deeper connection to the other side. The inner knowing that my Pa is more than okay and still with me every day just in a different way keeps me going and keeps my faith strong. Keeps me choosing better and being better.

Anyways I love you all and thank you for your continued support! Let’s keep healing and growing together 🙏
