We are thrilled to have the team from Goldenrod Speech and Language share our space. They offer private speech language assessment and therapy for both children and adults in the Paradise, Mount Pearl and surrounding regions.

Both of our businesses focus on the overall well-being of our patients, and communication plays a vital role in that. Our shared space means we are able to provide a more comprehensive approach to oral health, addressing speech, language, and swallowing concerns.

Many people feel as they are coming in blind when they enter their first session. Parents are often nervous and don’t know what to expect, and this can in turn make the child nervous, too! We understand that seeking services is often a big step and we do not take our responsibility lightly. We are always available to answer questions at every step of the process and ensure that we move forward from each step with 100% transparency. Your input is so valuable to us as clinicians ✨

A common misconception about speech-language pathology is that we only work with children who have articulation difficulties. While these children do make up a part of our caseload, there’s a lot more to speech and language services.

We can help with a variety of needs, be it receptive or expressive language, literacy, or articulation. We value all forms of communication and can also advise on augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). Reach out if you have any questions!
