It was a pleasure to meet you! We are grateful for the opportunity to show our space and chat about our shared values for inclusion and accessibility.

I took a night off from knocking on doors and instead had the privilege of visiting a local small business right here in Paradise! Oral Health Center / Mobile Smiles NL Limited provides accessible, barrier-free oral health care to people of all ability levels.

Having spent much of my career in the accessible and adaptive recreation sector, seeing businesses like this open in Paradise is truly exciting. Katherine, Gillian, and their team are helping to build a more inclusive and equitable community.

If elected, I will work closely with the Town to attract more businesses like this to Paradise while also supporting established businesses such as Oral Health Center, ensuring they can continue to operate and provide inclusive services for years to come.

Just a pea-sized amount of toothpaste is all you need. Using too much creates excess foam—which makes you want to rinse. But rinsing washes away the fluoride that’s protecting your teeth.

Stick to a pea size amount or smaller, brush gently, and when you’re done—spit, don’t rinse.
