We promote healthy living through preventative and therapeutic dental hygiene services, for individuals who cannot access traditional dental clinics. Our dental hygienist provide a full scope of high quality services that are fully mobile, offering alternative accessibility to preventative oral health care.

Just a pea-sized amount of toothpaste is all you need. Using too much creates excess foam—which makes you want to rinse. But rinsing washes away the fluoride that’s protecting your teeth.

Stick to a pea size amount or smaller, brush gently, and when you’re done—spit, don’t rinse.

I get asked this a lot: What works better, a manual or an electric toothbrush.

Although electric toothbrushes tend to do a better job at removing plaque, the best toothbrush is the one you’ll actually use—comfortably and consistently.

For some, an electric brush makes things easier. For others, a manual brush works just fine—especially if an electric one feels too bulky, overstimulating, or difficult to manage.
