Now Hiring:
Full-Time & Part-Time After-School Enrichment Leaders
Help us deliver energetic, kid-centered programs that build confidence, creativity, and physical literacy.

Compensation & Hours:
$18–$22/hour (based on experience)
15-25 hours/week Mon-Friday

Weekday shifts primarily 2:00–6:00 pm (plus occasional prep & training)

What you’ll do:
Lead fun, structured enrichment blocks (movement, creative arts, STEM, games)
Create a safe, welcoming space using positive, kid-first coaching
Support attendance, transitions, and parent pick-ups
Collaborate with our team and follow program plans

What you bring:
You love working with children and bring upbeat energy
Strong communication and reliability
Experience in coaching, camps, childcare, or education is an asset
Current/able to obtain VSC; First Aid/CPR is an asset we can also supply the first aid training.

Cutting Edge Sports Presents: The Ultimate Girls Soccer Experience!

This isn’t your average soccer camp!

Led by experienced coaches, our dynamic soccer program is designed to build confident, skilled players from the ground up.

1. Ball Control/Ball Mastery - Practice dribbling with both feet. Improve close control and quick touches.
2. Passing Accuracy - Work on short and long passes with proper technique.
3. Shooting Technique - Practice shooting with both feet from various angles and distances. Focus on placement, power, and quick release.
4. Game Awareness (Soccer IQ) - Understand positioning and decision-making. Practice scanning the field before receiving the ball. Running in open spaces
5. Speed & Agility - Ladder drills, cone sprints, and quick direction changes. Combine speed training with ball work for real-game simulation.
6. Defensive Skills - Practice tackling timing, positioning, and jockeying. Learn to anticipate opponents' moves and cut off passing lanes.
7. Strength & Conditioning - Build lower-body and core strength with bodyweight exercises. We will be incorporating endurance drills like shuttle runs and interval sprints.
8. Teamwork & Communication - Work on calling for the ball and giving clear directions. Understand your role and how to support teammates effectively.
