On Saturday morning, 24 swimmers swam from Portugal Cove St. Philips to Bell Island in support of mental health in our province. Kudos to all participants!

We are not saying “good-bye”, just “see ya later” to our amazing Kinesiology student, Stephanie. We have been so fortunate to work with Stephanie this summer! Wishing her the best of luck as she head’s back to MUN in a couple weeks❤️

Plenty of happy tears and loud cheers in the clinic over the past 2 weeks! Gavin Baggs won his fourth medal today at the Canada Games! Gavin’s Mom and our physiotherapist/co-owner, Raeleen Baggs, was right there with him!

In 2 weeks, Gavin won gold in the 1500m para-wheelchair, and silver in the 100m para-wheelchair, 400m para-wheelchair, and 400m para-swimming. Words cannot describe the pride we feel for this family❤️ Congratulations from all of us at Paradise Physio!
