🧠 Today is Self-Care Day — and it feels like the right time to share.

My heart’s been working on something quietly for a long time.

And today, I’m opening the waitlist.

Not because it’s perfectly polished —
but because it’s time ADHD adults had a home for their experience.

A place to land, reflect, and be part of something built with them in mind. This is something we’re shaping together.

Echoes of Us is a monthly ADHD membership for adults who are newly diagnosed, quietly overwhelmed, or just tired of figuring it all out alone.

It’s the kind of support I needed when I was first diagnosed — practical, gentle, and grounded in lived experience.

Not therapy — but a space for learning about ADHD, gaining real-life tools, and connecting with others who get it.
No long-term commitment. No pressure.

Created in Atlantic Canada. Open to anyone who resonates.

See below for more information or to join the waitlist. Doors open August 2025.

Often overlooked and misunderstood, ADHD-Inattentive Type doesn’t come with the stereotypical hyperactivity. Instead, it’s characterized by:

🌫️ Daydreaming and Distractibility: Struggling to stay focused on tasks, frequently losing track of time.

📅 Disorganization and Forgetfulness: Difficulty keeping track of appointments, tasks, and personal items.

💭 Internal Struggles: Feeling overwhelmed by thoughts and emotions, leading to procrastination and low self-esteem.

Many adults receive a late diagnosis, realizing only later in life that ADHD has been a part of their journey all along. This revelation can be both freeing and challenging, but it’s a vital step in understanding and relating well to yourself.

Here’s how you can thrive:

🔍 Self-Awareness: Recognize and accept your ADHD traits. Self-compassion is key.

📈 Strengths-Based Approach: Identify your strengths using tools like the VIA Strengths Assessment and leverage them in your daily life.

🧘 Self-Care Practices: Establish routines that support focus and relaxation. Mindfulness, exercise, and proper sleep are essential.

🤝 Seek Support: Connect with others who understand your journey. Counseling, coaching, or support groups can make a significant difference.

Embrace your ADHD-Inattentive Type and celebrate the unique perspective it brings to your life!

Unlock your team’s full potential by leveraging each member’s unique strengths! Understanding individual strengths can significantly boost collaboration, creativity, and productivity.

Here’s how:

🔍 Identify Strengths: Use tools like the VIA Strengths Assessment and the DISC Model of Human Behaviour to understand the core strengths of each team member.

🔄 Assign Roles Accordingly: Match tasks to individuals based on their strengths. For example, a person with strong communication skills can lead presentations, while a detail-oriented individual can handle project management.

💬 Foster Open Communication: Encourage team members to share their strengths and how they can contribute to team goals.

🎉 Celebrate Successes: Recognize and celebrate the contributions of each team member, reinforcing the value of their unique strengths.

Stronger together, we can achieve amazing things!

I'm Aimee, a coach, creative, and human behind this space.
While I still work full-time, this is my passion project — and it's growing into something beautiful.

Whether you’re navigating ADHD, supporting someone who is, or just craving more self-trust and less burnout… you belong here.

Right now, I’m building something new:
✨ the Atlantic ADHD Echoes Circle — a private community for ADHD adults in Atlantic Canada.

It’s not about fixing yourself. It’s about finally feeling seen.

Take a look around, share what resonates, and stay close — this is just the beginning. 💙
