Hey Folks!

Today we are hosting NL’s Strongest from 11am-3pm!

We were HOPING to do a good old fashioned car parking lot contest but due to our glorious Newfoundland weather we have to move inside!

Gym will be occupied from 10am-3pm

Feel free to come watch but you may need to bring a folding chair as seating is limited!

Hey folks!

Just wanted to pop on here and post an updated class schedule for open members and those of you who want to do drop ins.

Pink time slots are class members and staff only. Due to the size of our facility and its main purpose being group based fitness & strength training programs, we ask everybody to please respect these time slots.

Orange time slots are open to everybody however, these are peak open training times and may be a little congested at times so please judge accordingly. They are just highlighted to help those who may want a more quiet training environment.

Orange & Yellow time slots are for all members and drop ins!

Drop-in’s must be scheduled with a staff or class member in advance and we do not do walk-ins.

We DO offer a limited number of open memberships but they are full at the moment!

We have created a wait list for open memberships and those who are interested can let us know via DM’s and we will get you added.

All weights are in KG, all athletes have a choice of weight for the log/sandbag/deadlift & duckwalk.

The frame ladder is a set weight for men and women, you start, carry 10m, add 20kg, and continue. Fastest time wins, athletes will load their own plates and plates will be laid out at the end of the course.

This whole event is to closely mimic the Ireland qualifier!

Reminder to all members we have a meet this weekend at the gym! Saturday & Sunday from 9am to 2pm. Feel free to use the gym before and after these times, should you need to move anything for your own purposes during training please feel free!
