Reminder to all members we have a meet this weekend at the gym! Saturday & Sunday from 9am to 2pm. Feel free to use the gym before and after these times, should you need to move anything for your own purposes during training please feel free!

Hey everybody!

Ready to kick it up a notch with your training?

Our strongperson class is now taking new members.

Come lift logs, flip tires, learn to load stones and everything in between from squats & deadlifts to sled pushes and sandbags!

Classes are every Tuesday and Thursday 6:30-8pm

If interested please shoot us a message and feel free to ask us any questions!

Interested in joining a group class that teaches you the basics and how to lift?

Strength Camp is just that!

A 6 week program designed to teach beginners all the basics and have them leaving feeling more confident in their abilities around the gym and in life!

Let us know in comments or inbox if you’re interested!

We are only taking 6 at a time to ensure you get the best instruction possible. Once we have a full group we will choose a start date and get rolling!

Hey everybody!!

Just want to send a reminder out to all our members, this Friday, March 7th from 7pm-8pm we have an athletes meeting and weigh in happening at gym, gym is still open to train just expect some extra traffic in and out while we set up for the competition.

Saturday, March 8th from 9am to 2pm we have the 2025 Natural Strongman Eastern Canadians Qualifier going on and the gym will be closed to training between these times. All are welcome to come watch please remember to remove your outdoor footwear at the door and stay in the designated spectators area, the back room and warm up will be for athletes, coaches and staff only!
