Sunday Morning Coffee- For some, a slow Sunday is always something to look forward to. It's tradition to take that one day a week to pause, connect and take rest. Some find rest at home, some with family and others at churches.

The Sunday Morning Coffee candle is inspired by Spruce Hills Community Church. The little Cafe in the church, named Gonzo's Calf (named after a very devoted volunteer who served the coffee), is something many look forward too every Sunday where they can fill there cups and there hearts. 🖤

A portion of every Sunday Morning Coffee candle sold will be donated back to the church to help fill the cups of others.

Recovory requires WHOLENESS.

We can only heal fragments of ourself alone.
God wants us to also heal in a safe community, with joy and in prayer TOGETHER.

The Healing in Wholeness Retreat will focus on all parts of a person. Rooted in faith and using Holistic tools and practices to help regulate the nervous system.

Our mind forgets what the body doesn't. Sometimes our reactions, emotions and feelings are not coming from what is directly in front of us, but what's unhealed inside the body. Emotions arise as an invitation to heal, Holistically.

So I invite you to come together in community and restore in wholeness.

Hi Family!

Following my post about " what version of God are you" posted below 👇 , I thought this would be a great follow up to explaining What Version I AM.

I AM the version of God that understands the hurt, pain and mental overwhelm that can come with life. I understand how anxiety can completely distrupt one's quality of life (if you let it). I AM
the version of God that understands fear, guilt, frustration and loss. Finally, I AM the version of God that understands spiritual warfare, because I have experienced all of these things myself.

To help you fully understand what mission God has assigned for me , here's a little explanation....

My assignment and mission is to - in God words "Help the poor in spirit". What does this mean?

To put it simply, a poor spirit is someone who may experience any of the following symptoms on a daily basis, mentally, physically and/or spirituality.

✔️ Anxiety
✔️ Overwhelm
✔️ Fear based thinking
✔️ A want or need for more in life
✔️ Feelings of doubt, shame, grief & guilt
✔️ Physical pain
✔️ Loss of energy
✔️ Low tolerance
✔️ Poor eating habits
✔️ Dependence
✔️ low self esteem/ feelings of unworthiness
✔️ Perfectionism
✔️ Reliving past experiences

All of these symptoms can be a sign that you may need to work on emotional, physical and/ or spiritual regulation.

Although I AM the version of God that understands and experienced these things , I AM also the version of God that experienced the freedom that comes with working on my emotional, physical and spiritual self.

If there's is any take away here, it's this....
God blesses the poor in spirit 🙏 He wants to turn your pain into purpose!

There are people out there who have been called to help in there own version of him.

Suffering is not weakness or failure, it's your soul's cry to experience healing in the many versions that God offers us.
