Every day and particularly today, we move toward reconciliation by holding space and honouring the truth- on purpose. It’s a day to reflect.
To listen. 🧡
To learn. 🧡
To acknowledge. 🧡
To think about where we’ve been and where we are now, as a nation. 🧡

We would like to thank for being a guide for us and for helping us to learn as mental health professionals.

This is your gentle reminder that setting personal boundaries is okay! Sometimes, the best way to care for others is to first care for ourselves. While it can be difficult to say "no" it is often an important and necessary part of self-care. We all deserve to have our needs met and our boundaries respected.

Welcome Kaitlyn Mahon! We wish you all the best for your residency year.

New Shine Series Workshop announcement!
Dr. Sarah Pegrum is offering an in-person session on body image on July 17th from 7-9pm.

Is the shedding of the layers in preparation for summer bringing you down? Already getting urges to hide? Coming up with reasons not to go to things? This workshop explores how we came to have the body image struggles we have, and what we can do to navigate them differently so that our body image struggles don't take away the things we enjoy about the season.
