We would like to inform you that Jennifer Earle RMT will be leaving Active Health Chiropractic the end of November and opening her own clinic Modern Wellness Co. Please be advised that all files and patient info for Jennifer’s patients will be going with Jennifer to this new location as she is the custodian of your personal information. As soon as this health order is lifted we will be in touch to reschedule your appointments. Please stay safe and wear your mask if you have to leave your home.

After being off on maternity leave to care for my twins and working part time, I am now focused and ready to head back into the office to help you reach for rehabilitation goals for 2021.

After 2 years working part time, I am thrilled to announce that mid November I will be back in the office FULLTIME. Once the twins transition to daycare, I will be back in full swing. First and foremost I want to say I hope all my clients are healthy and well. The last 4 months have been extremely tough on us all and I know just how difficult it must have been on both your body and mind.

As I return to work over the next week, I want to thank all my loyal, dedicated clients who have stuck with me as their RMT for treatment care over my 13 year career and the birth of my two precious boys. In July, our boys will begin daycare and I will be back in the office with increased hours yet again. As much as I loved being home with my boys, I also have a career that I truly have a passion for that I can’t wait to get back to. I look forward to seeing you all very soon.
