Let's talk about magnesium. I have been feeding it to the horses, but just recently started taking it myself. The changes are phenomenal aches and pains gone. Sleep is improved. BUT REMEMBER not all supplements are created equally. Do your research. (also support local lol)

Being part of a team, working together with veterinarians, farriers, trainers and most importantly the horse owner to get a horse happy and healthy and moving freely is what it's all about.
