Recovery isn’t “doing nothing”—it’s where the body actually gets stronger.

Here’s how athletes can make the most of rest days 👇

🛌 Prioritize sleep
Aim for 8–9 hours when possible. Growth, tissue repair, and nervous system recovery all happen during deep sleep.

🚶 Active recovery
Light movement like walking, easy cycling, swimming, or gentle yoga keeps blood flowing without stressing the body.

🧘 Mobility & stretching
Focus on tight or overworked areas to improve range of motion and reduce stiffness.

💆 Manual therapy
