Join us Wednesday July 30th for a special Grief Talks event!

Tammy Adams is a certified Grief Recovery Specialist and the founder of Intuitive Understanding Inc., where she supports individuals and families navigating all types of loss. With warmth, insight, and a deeply personal connection to her work, Tammy helps people move beyond pain by gently challenging the myths we’ve been taught about grief—like “just give it time” or “be strong.”

She brings over a decade of experience in grief education and support, and is passionate about making space for honest, healing conversations around loss.

We’re honoured to welcome her to Grief Talks for a special session on The 6 Myths of Grief.

Please stay tuned for more on her grief series in The Paris Independent

When: Biweekly: Wednesdays, 5:30 – 6:30 PM
Where: Upstairs in the Wilkin Boardroom, Primacare Community Family Health Team
Who: Free and open to all members of the community – no registration required.

What to expect?
