PrimaCare is proud to extend our Lactation Consultation services to members of the community who are not FHT patients!

Chelsea and Erin are Registered Nurses who have completed additional training and certification to provide specialized care to those in need of help with breastfeeding and additional matters related to infant feeding.

As part of the World Diabetes Day focus on diabetes and well-being, this year the International Diabetes Federation is calling for more inclusive and supportive workplaces where people with diabetes feel supported, not stigmatised.

It’s time to eliminate misconceptions, educate employers, and foster environments where employees with diabetes can manage their condition without fear.

By strengthening awareness and understanding, we can ensure workplaces where people living with diabetes feel safe, valued, and empowered to thrive –without compromising their health or ambitions.

We at PrimaCare are proud to have a Canadian Diabetes Educator. This is Laura, A Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE), a health professional who has extra training in diabetes care. CDEs at PrimaCare are available to meet with adults living with pre diabetes and Type 2 diabetes
