Today's Lunch and Learn with Move With Compassion was a wonderful gathering filled with connection, learning and good food.

Residents and visitors came together to enjoy an engaging and informative talk while sharing a delicious meal. It was inspiring to see everyone involved, asking questions and supporting one another in such a welcoming space.

Thank you to Move With Compassion for leading a meaningful session, and to everyone who joined us today- we are looking forward to the next one!
