The online shop has been operational since mid-March and I'm happy to say it was a smooth transition and everything is working perfectly.

Now, let me introduce you to my distribution partner: Fullscript.

Fullscript is an online dispensary offering a wide array of Health Canada approved nutrition supplements with an easy-to-use online ordering platform. Once ordered online, products are shipped directly to your home.

As part of our partnership, we’re pleased to offer all customers a standing 5% discount on orders placed through our Fullscript shop - our way of supporting your wellness journey.

To shop, you'll need a Fullscript account to access the full catalogue of products. The easiest way to begin is for me to create a personalized supplement plan therefore, I'm offering all customers who participated in our loyalty points program a FREE plan based on your purchase history.

Where there are endings, are new beginnings.

This past week, the last piece of furniture found a new home - bringing closure to a valuable chapter.

A heartfelt thank you to Four Seasons Fashions, Gifts & Home Decor for temporarily taking beautiful care of these lovely glass door side tables. To be honest, they look so much prettier with Diane's special sense of style for home decor!

I believe everything happens for a reason. Letting go creates space for something new.💗

Behind the scenes, I’ve been moving forward - learning, rebuilding, and reimagining what’s next.

I'm not be a website developer, but I’ve taken this upon myself and reworked my website to scale it back. My goal is to build it up again, differently, and better than ever.

The website isn't finished yet by far, but it will be functional at a minimal level by the end of this week. I'm excited to share it with you all... stay tuned!!

Does anybody remember when I use to handwrite all the purchase receipts? 🙂

Here’s a photo from our early days before we had a fancy computer system to print receipts.

It’s amazing to reflect on how much the store progressed through the years. It was such a gradual process it’s easy to forget its humble beginnings. Starting with a small selection of vitamins and continually adding more brands, more products, and helping more people along the way.

I know being online isn’t the same as being in person and what I’ll miss the most in leaving Parkhill will be the conversations and personal connections with all of you. Those relationships are what made going to work easy and enjoyable.

At the same time, I’m also excited for what’s ahead. Moving online allows me to offer even more supplement brands and value-added services than ever before. It will be different, and there will be a learning curve, but it’s also something to look forward to.

I’m going to take some time over the coming weeks to forge ahead with the digital expansion and I hope you will all continue with me on this journey. I have so much gratitude for the trust and support over the years…. thank you!

Yes, it’s true! Genuine Wellness is expanding online which will allow us to provide even more quality supplement brands delivered direct to your door.

After much reflection and strategic review, I’ve made the decision to transition Genuine Wellness to be exclusively online and will be leaving Parkhill Main Street on February 28th.

I’ll still be available to answer your nutrition related questions, as I have always been happy to do, via phone or email. My contact information will remain the same.🥰

The online shop will be launched within the next couple of months with some amazing features such as personalized supplement plans, a new loyalty discount program, automatic shipping (optional), and the opportunity to download a phone app with dose reminders (also optional). More details to come!!

Unfortunately, any loyalty points customers may have accumulated on the current system can’t be transferred to the new online system. If you would like to spend your points, please come redeem them by the end of February.

You have all become so special to me and I’ve valued our conversations over the last 10+ years! I hope you will allow me to continue to support your wellness journey and follow along with me on this new online experience. 💕
