Join us on April 1 from 6-7:30pm for an evening all about supporting your gut in simple, practical ways. If you’ve been experiencing persistent digestive issues like gas, bloating, constipation, skin irritations, or food intolerances, this event is for you! ✨

Jasmin from will be sharing easy lifestyle tips and insights on fermented probiotic supplements, while Dustin from .future.farms will be sampling a delicious, gut-loving pre and post-biotic sauerkraut made locally in Qualicum!
