So blessed to be a part of the Ladies of Diligence at the 7th Day Adventus Church 🙏🏽. Thank you for the lovely gift this evening after our last class this season 🧘🏾‍♂️. Such a pleasure to practice together in such a supportive community! I will miss you! Looking forward to starting up again in November.

You will practice gaining better mobility, strength, endurance and flexibility, all at your own pace, guided by Tracey.
Saturday and Sunday mornings at 8:30am for an hour.
