🔥Hot seat question 🔥
What’s the most common cause of flat feet?
One major contributor is tibialis posterior tendinitis. This tendon helps support the arch of your foot. When it becomes irritated or weak, the arch can gradually drop, leading to flat feet, ankle pain, and changes in walking mechanics.
Early signs can include pain along the inside of the ankle, foot fatigue, or difficulty standing on your toes. Addressing it early with the right strengthening and support can prevent bigger issues down the road.
Save this if foot or ankle pain has been creeping into your day.
