My name is Samantha Orthlieb - Contemporary Medicine Woman and Evolutionary Oracle who is able to intuit the health challenges of my clients on a physical and psychospiritual level and connect them with the appropriate plant or other vibrational medicine energy needed to restore balance to the individual in the areas he or she needs to heal. I believe that everything on the planet and in the cosmos is part of one universal energy field and that every thought and action has the power to ripple out across the world. We are now in the Age of Aquarius and humanity is in the throes of creating a new way of living and being in preparation for the 2032 Golden Age. It is time to awaken, shed what no longer serves us, and step into our full potential. Illness and chaos will continue to manifest in the body, heart, and mind until we embrace self-responsibility, empowerment, and heart-centered, eco-spirituality. April 2026: Embracing The Disowned Self!

This month we take the shadow work and fear we unearthed in March and rebirth our sovereignty, and sense of purpose. This is not always an easy process, especially as it involves the mind and body potentially being retriggered by old trauma and pain.

Embracing the disowned self is the process of reclaiming suppressed, denied, or judged parts of our personality, emotions, and history.

Reclaiming our sovereignty through this process involves moving from a state of internal fragmentation and external compliance to an integrated, authentic state of being, the True Self, where we hold authority over our own energy and choices.

MAR 18 New Moon in Pisces/Aries threshold & MAR 20 Aries Equinox

The DNA upward spiral is almost complete!

March's energies initiated us to align fully with our soul's purpose, do a final shedding, reset our life, and firmly take the reins of our destiny. Our self-mastery learning of this 7th and 8th Strand DNA Upgrade sealed in greater individuation, healthier boundaries, personal autonomy and passionate creativity.

Embodiment of the 1st chakra Earth Mother and Shaman to transform this month's challenges is imminent. Given the added outside chaos (thanks Mercury Retrograde as well!) and old systems dismantling in the world at this time, I mentioned we would need to navigate doom spiraling or spiritual bypassing in order to stay in our center.

This sensitive yet fiery New Moon portal brings intense emotional closure, spiritual reflection, and "we can build the new" creative energy, encouraging a "reset" before the March 20 Spring Equinox and astrological new year. Going forward steadfast courage, self control and self belief are needed, as well as leading with an intuitive heart and adaptable mind.

You now have a strong foundation to build on!

Cleansing is still in progress so you may be experiencing the following: digestive upset, heat, sweats, head/shoulder/neck pain, dizziness, intense dreaming, restless sleep, headaches, fiery emotions (anger/rage), fear, grief, "walking wounded syndrome, feeling emotionally sensitive and/or uncertain, heart pain/palpitations, red gritty eyes, head cold, nasal congestion, throat issues, increase in addictions, feet/leg cramps or other issues in that area, skin rashes/prickly/itchy skin. We are reaching a tipping point in this DNA upgrade. It’s slow and it can feel hot, intense, then cold and like we are now getting somewhere, but not as fast as we may like. We are moving past self sabotage, becoming a conduit for spiritual wisdom, grounding in our purpose- anything that is keeping us from stepping into individualism is releasing, more inner freedom and the Higher Self are engaging. Sovereignty is within our grasp.  Stay strong and courageous!

MARCH 3 is the start of a DNA Upgrade initiating us to align fully with our soul's purpose, reset our life, and firmly take the reins of our destiny.

Our self-mastery learning of this 7th and 8th Strand DNA Upgrade seals in greater individuation, healthier boundaries, personal autonomy, inner beauty and passionate creativity.

Going forward will require rooted courage, self control and self belief, as well as leading with the heart over the mind. When the mind creates doubt and worry creeps in, then we are asked to “up” our spiritual game and find instead heartfelt optimism and faith.

There is no room for doom spiraling or spiritual bypassing this month, so know that you will be challenged in this way to trust your intuition, feel your way forward and stay in your center. What does this mean? Listen to my video for more.

Samantha Orthlieb is a Master Herbalist, Vibrational Medicine practitioner, Evolutionary Oracle and Contemporary Medicine Woman. A graduate of Wild Rose College and the Academy of International BioEnergetic Sciences, she has also trained with Pacific Essences, Wild Earth Animal Essences, and Star Essences.

She has been a practicing herbalist since 2001. The focus of her practice is on trauma recovery, archetypes, shadow work and psycho-spiritual healing. Her clinical practice is located in the Ammolite Healing Centre, based in Cochrane, Alberta. She also currently serves on the board of directors as Registrar for the Alberta Herbalists Association. Samantha also has a 10 acre permaculture inspired botanical sanctuary and farm which fosters awareness of endangered North American medicinal plants (in association with United Plant Savers), and hosts events that support eco-spirituality and empowers individuals to uncover the healer within with the help of nature’s medicine.
