Yoga "All level Sessions":

Yoga is for everybody. Each session is cultivated and inspired by Hatha, Ashtanga and Restorative Yoga Practices. We embrace and incorporate the teachings of breath work and meditation. Offering tools through your journey of wellness, physically, mentally and emotionally with a positive community of support around you.

ZenThai Shiatsu:
Is a contemporary fusion on Thai Massage, Zen Shiatsu and European Osteopathic techniques, gathered together by elements of Chinese medicine and Yoga. ZenThai is a dance of deep pressure, dynamic stretching, muscular unwinding and energetic attunement, promoting freedom within the body, reducing stress and awakening overall well-being. Treatments are received fully clothed on a Thai Massage floor mat.

60 min- $100.00
90 min- $145.00

Deeper Awakening Relaxation Massage:
A deeper approach of relaxation and the surrender of muscle tension, while improving circulation and the overall well-being of the body/mind

60 min- $80.00
90 min- $110.00

Flow Studio

Yoga is union.

Our focus needs to be altered from looking into the future, or being in a constant comparison to the past, to living “in the present”. This alone quiets the stress and anxiety that we create and are surrounded with.

Through practice we first learn how to align and strengthen our physical bodies. “Every body”magnificently different is capable of this practice. Next we begin to awaken the breath “pranayama”, gaining direction and use of pure, raw, natural energy. With space and consciousness of the body gained, and breath is established once again, then the focus of quieting the mind can be attained.

From there the journey only grows, for this practice never ends.
