Just checking in with those of you who are participating in the distant reiki for the month.
Reiki can bring about changes that you may not notice.

Check in with yourself. Are you sleeping better? Do you have less pain because you are more relaxed?
The little things that bother you, are they easier to handle lately? Are your reactions perhaps less stressful?

Reiki helps to bring balance whether distantly or in person and the group distant reiki healing for the month is a great way to feel better in between your appointments.
