Meet Johnny Power, owner and operator of Power Physio! 💪

With over ten years of physiotherapy experience in both public and private sectors, Johnny opened Power Physio in 2022 to bring a more active, exercise-based approach to rehab in Parry Sound.

Originally from Timmins, Johnny loves staying active - hockey, running, paddling, skiing, you name it! Inspired by Parry Sound’s outdoor lifestyle, he’s dedicated to helping the community move with confidence and enjoy everything our backyard has to offer. When he’s not at the clinic, you’ll find him traveling or sailing Georgian Bay with his wife and their golden retriever, Mr. Bojangles.

New at Power Physio: Flow + Align Yoga with Nancy Neuenhagen ✨🧘‍♀️

We’re excited to launch Flow + Align, a yoga experience where physiotherapy expertise meets mindful movement. Led by Registered Physiotherapist and Certified Power Yoga Canada Instructor Nancy Neuenhagen, this dynamic vinyasa-style class blends posture alignment, breathwork, and intentional movement to support healing of the body, mind, and spirit.

With decades of clinical physiotherapy experience, Nancy brings a deep understanding of anatomy and functional movement to every session. The practice is adaptable for all bodies. Beginners and seasoned yogis are both welcome!

Class Schedule:
• Tuesdays: 4:30–5:30 PM
• Thursdays: 6:30–7:30 AM

Fee: $15 per class
